On Saturday 7th January 2017 deXter Bentley presented THE DAY BEFORE, a four and a half hour David Bowie tribute extravaganza on Resonance FM.
This program featured the author Mary Finnigan discussing her book ‘Psychedelic Suburbia: David Bowie and the Beckenham Arts Lab’ (Jorvik Press), plus dozens and dozens of Bowie cover versions and Bowie inspired original songs submitted by Bowie fans and Resonance FM listeners.

On the eve of David Bowie’s 70th birthday anniversary deXter Bentley proudly presents a marathon, four-and-a-half-hour tribute to his peerless pop music on London’s only dedicated Art’s radio station Resonance FM

This show will be broadcast on Resonance FM between 9am and 1.30pm (GMT) on Saturday the 7th January 2017.

Dozens of Bowie fans have contributed Bowie cover versions or Bowie inspired originals for broadcast.

Also expect to hear a pre-recorded interview with Mary Finnigan, Bowie’s former friend, landlady, lover and collaborator and the author of the book ‘Psychedelic Suburbia: David Bowie & The Beckenham Art’s Lab’ (Jorvik Press)
